During this TANTRA residential seminar you will be taught different tantric meditation techniques, bio-energetic exercises and mindfulness practices.

You will have the opportunity to explore in depth the potential of your body and spirit, to refine your sensitivity and reach a greater level of presence and expansion of the senses

What can you expect?
A weekend of inner work based on exercises and meditations that involve the use of the body, movement, breathing and sound.

Gender equality will be respected with a balance of 50% male and 50% female presence.
It is possible to participate as a couple or as individuals.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing such as tracksuit trousers and several t-shirts to change over the course of the day (we will move around a lot). Swimsuit and slippers to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool in the garden of the farmhouse.

The seminar will be residential with accommodation in rooms of different sizes and common bathrooms. It is not possible to request rooms for single use.

HOW TO GET THERE: getting to Casolare Chignoletti may not seem very simple but we assure you that it is, just follow a few simple instructions:
1) DO NOT, absolutely NOT, follow the navigator's instructions. It will take you to the other side of the mountain to the house of someone who will complain that you listened to the navigator's instructions instead of Maurilio's directions
2) set the navigator to PONTIDA, via Valmora. Continue on via Valmora for approximately 1 km and then take via Buonarrotti on the left, follow the asphalt road for approximately 2 km passing through the narrow passage (well yes, we assure you that even your car, even vans say, can pass through the narrow passage into almost easy way) of a village and going up in the middle of the woods. At the end of the asphalt road, near pink houses, take a private dirt road to the right with a no motorbike transit sign, go up for 200 meters and at the crossroads take a steep uphill road on the left with a metal fence on the left, go up the hill and continue into the woods 300 meters and you have finally arrived, park at the end of the road
3) the number of parking spaces is limited, we strongly recommend optimizing your trip by sharing the car with several friends
