Ecstatic Dance is a form of meditation in which participants, without the need to follow specific steps, move freely according to the rhythm of the music. In a welcoming and protected space, we will experience this practice of movement and exploration of our body and our emotions. You dance barefoot, dress as you want, I recommend the usual comfortable yoga clothing.
Dance is free and open to all, it is celebrated with music and no particular athletic preparation is required.
