Courage is literally the action of the heart.

We often have deviant models of courage, yet there are many stories and especially fairy tales that show it in its essence.

By entering the fairy tale "The courageous story of Lauro, a scary little dog" and using writing therapy and meditation techniques, we will enter a fairy-tale space of heart, generosity and self-love aimed at bringing the quality of courage more and more consciously into our lives .
