JOURNEY INTO MYSTERY: MEDITATION AND THEATER

The nature that welcomes us for these six days offers us the opportunity to enter the cyclic nature of Kairos time, which is a time of intensity made of slowness and creativity.
We try to move away from everything we already know to let ourselves be surprised by the new and discover that we can also say and do what we consider impossible.
To make this journey into what is unknown to us we use two experiential tools: meditation and the theater workshop.
With the moments of MEDITATION we will recover the sincere feeling of ourselves and of others.
We train empathy and deep listening that are already part of our nature, they are our internal spaces that sometimes decrease in their feeling when our frenzy of daily rhythm and emotional tension increase.
Reconnecting with the ability to hear is the basic principle of nonviolent communication which is an evolved level of communication that opens up to mutual understanding.
There will be three moments dedicated to meditation in each day:
energy meditations before breakfast,
empathy movements in the morning,
Yoganidra in the late afternoon.
With the THEATER WORKSHOP you will be able to overcome what you already know directly with experience, immersing yourself in roles and parts that will make you stay in contact with new and unknown sensations and emotions because they come from a new posture.
The staging of a new character, the emphasis of giving a voice to a text, moving in a stage space by relating to others, will be the baggage of the experience that will allow you to experience the new, let yourself be surprised at being able to what you did not imagine, and strengthen that part of you that often whispers to you to dare.
The daily time dedicated to the theater workshop will be every afternoon.
The seminar opens at 5pm on Saturday and closes at 4pm on Thursday.
Hours dedicated to the activities (not mandatory, choose according to your feelings):
8:30 - 9:30 energy meditation
11:30 - 12:30 empathy movements
16:00 - 18:00 theater workshop
19:00 - 19:30 yoganidra
21:30 - 22:30 creative activities
Early bird registrations by April 15th will have a reduction of 150 euros.
The cost includes overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, use of the spaces, seminar.
Adult rate:
700 euros (confirmed by April 15th) - 850 euros
Quote boys / girls:
580 euros (confirmed by April 15th) - 750 euros
