WORKSHOPS OF EXPRESSIVENESS and NON-VIOLENCE
Seminar-vacation aimed at adults, boys and girls (from 10 years) to experience all the emotions that come into play in the dynamics of relationships.
Through different forms of creative activities, you will have the opportunity to experience emotions with a new awareness:
Theater workshop
You seek empathy
Psychodrama
Artistic activities
Meditation
Literary Reading
All the proposed activities have in common the improvement of the relationship climate starting from the search for an evolved communication based on mutual understanding.
Communicating means "sharing" with other people, a content and a feeling. It is an all-round action that begins with deep personal listening and empathic listening to the other person, and is expressed by modulating the voice, the body, the dynamics of the movements and the meaning of the words.
Our words and our gestures are fundamental expressions in relationships because they can be real bridges that create connection or can even hurt by creating distance.
In the history of relationships and family relationships, communicating one's feelings and needs is a very recent possibility.
Old patterns are no longer valid, now we need to find new guidance and tools to be able to express what we feel and what we need: we can begin to move from WHAT we communicate to HOW we communicate it.
The adults will work in a separate group from the boys and girls to then find themselves in moments of confrontation in which there will be the opportunity to exchange the richness of the different points of view.
The seminar opens at 5pm on Saturday and closes at 4pm on Thursday.
Hours dedicated to the activities (not mandatory, choose according to your feelings):
8:30 - 9:30 meditation
11:30 - 12:30 nonviolence workshops
16:00 - 18:00 theater workshops
21:30 - 22:30 creative activities
Early bird registrations by April 15th will have a reduction of 150 euros.
The cost includes overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, use of the spaces, seminar.
Adult rate:
700 euros (confirmed by April 15th) - 850 euros
Quote boys / girls:
580 euros (confirmed by April 15th) - 750 euros
