It is always in time to transform and untie the emotional loads that impede us to express our potential. Many of our mental conditioning and behavior patterns, which inhibit our innate creativity and the achievement of our goals, are closely related to what has happened since our conception until the year following our birth. In this w.e. through the Ritual of the Sweat Hut and the Circular Breath of Rebirthing (Rebirth), we are given the opportunity to observe and let go through a deep purification what keeps us away from being happy and proactive towards ourselves and those around us.
