Give yourself two days all to yourself and set off in search of YOUR inner TREASURE.

It will be a fascinating journey through the meanders of your feelings, going beyond the judgments and conditioning that up to now may have prevented you from expressing yourself freely.

We will be in a splendid place, immersed in the nature of the Bergamo valleys, and completely dedicated to us. Casolare Chignoletti will host us, feed us and offer us its frame to stay in contact with our every emotion.

and express in total freedom even those parts of yourself that you have never dared to manifest, of which you are ashamed, that frighten you or that you have excluded.

You will be able to go hunting for YOUR TREASURE with awareness exercises, meditations and family constellations.

Saturday will be dedicated to investigating our internal world. We will do exercises that will help us to give voice to our emotions with psychodrama techniques. Everything that emerges will have the opportunity to be read in its systemic context with family constellations.

Saturday evening, around the fire there will be a moment dedicated to transformation.

On Sunday we will continue the work with particular attention on the integration and inclusion of everything that has emerged.

The two great tools that will help us throughout the seminar will be the body and the sharing.

Bring with you objects, clothes and everything that can help you stage what you would like to let go or what you want and need to meet.

In conclusion, thanks also to the strength of the group, the TREASURE that you will have found in you, will be able to help you in everyday life to overcome new challenges and reach new goals.

The seminar will start on Saturday 17 October 2020 at 10:00 and will end on Sunday 18 October at 17:00. There will also be an evening activity, after dinner, on Saturday evening.

The kitchen will be vegetarian, and we will welcome any report of intolerance.

We will try to organize a round trip car-sharing from the major cities.

Everything will take place in compliance with the attention necessary for our well-being for the health emergency we are experiencing.
