Supported by a special container made of friends and traveling companions, I want to realize this encounter between the revised AUM MEDITATION and this experimental journey with the discoveries of the work / discovery of Somatic Experiencing, a new way to travel within ourselves and meet the others.

Will the focus be on noticing what happens in the body when an emotion manifests itself and we allow ourselves to listen to it? Can we DO NOT to be able to perceive it? Can we dance it, integrate it, become familiar with it in order to know it better?

Slowing down, listening to us, tuning in will be the natural ingredients of this experiment. Bring us to the presence of a Great Circle Container made of Friends, Souls on a curious journey to sink together on the Night of the Solstice.

The Circle born with this intent will support the Connection and Tuning between the Body and Available Energy, that forgotten Life Force, inherent in us, always new within the confines of our Body and beyond, even in connection with the other.
