In this workshop we explore different ways to connect with the qualities of our inner energy, through various techniques that help us to flow between the various emotional and psycho-physical states. Feeling and recognizing our vital energy that flows is an experience that allows us to expand our well-being and our ability to relate better with ourselves and with others. In this experience we use bio-energetic and emotional release techniques such as the Aum Meditation or parts of it, Tai-Chi and Chi-Kung in various ways, communication exercises, relational and physical connection, dance music and movement, to eliminate physical, mental and emotional blocks and to enter easily, lightly and quickly into contact with deep parts of ourselves, dropping "masks" and mental filters and facilitating the encounter with the other and a level of depth fulfilling and transformative. At the end of the weekend you will bring home an experience of kindness, joy, connection and sharing with each other and a greater awareness of yourself that will be able to help you in your spiritual journey and inner growth. The experience takes place in a holistic center in nature in the province of Lecco, where relaxation and opening of the heart is favored thanks to the particularly favorable environment
